The Club at Chesterfield offers over 60 classes a week. All our fitness instructors are certified with many years in the health and wellness field. Please refer to our class schedule for days and times. Class descriptions can be found here.

Class Descpritions

30/30/30
STEP/BODY SCULPTING/ ABS & BACK ALL IN ONE! 30 minutes of cardio, 30 minutes of strength and toning exercises and 30 minutes of core strengthening exercise emphasizing both the abs and back muscles. Attend a single class or attend all three for a total body workout.

Athletic Pilates
This class is designed to strengthen and tone the entire body. Stability balls, weights and resistant methods will be used to focus on exercises that carefully maximize core stability, flexibility, strength and muscle tone. Everyone can participate, not just athletes!

Awesome Abs
What more can we say? 30 minutes of intense abdominal exercises.

Ballroom Dancing (Fee)
Different styles of Ballroom Dancing such as Swing, Salsa, the Waltz and others will be taught weekly by an instructor from Just Dancing, St. Louis’ Premier Dance Studio.

Bootcamp
A style of class that utilizes a variety of cardio and toning movements to challenge and whip you into shape fast!

Cardio Groove
This non-stop, high energy class could feature step, slide, hi/lo or weight training at any given time. Variety is what’s offered here!

Cardio Mix
Cardio Mix will include a variety of step, aerobics, double step, and slides all of which will include resistant training and stability balls to complete a full body workout. Every week the class will change to a new cardio workout!

Chisel
Lift, sculpt and tone your way to the body you’ve always wanted using bands, tubes and weights.

Cycle Reebok
A beginner to advanced indoor cycling class. EVERYONE can participate no matter what your fitness level. The ride will take you uphill, downhill and back again. Water bottles are required for class.

Fantastic Fit Ball
Strengthen, tighten and tone in 45 minutes with this challenging stability ball and weights class.

Fit, Firm & Fast
Get your cardio and strength training done in a quick 45 minute burst during this lunchtime workout.

Karate (Fee)
This program is great for children and adults who are looking for an activity that is challenging both physically and mentally. Karate aims to enhance character development and improve understanding of physical and mental fitness for all.

Low Impact Aerobics
Get your groove on with a fun, low impact workout incorporating cardio dance moves and the latest tunes. A great way to burn lots of calories while having a blast!

Mat Pilates
Based on the principals of Joseph Pilates, this mat-based workout will strengthen, tone and lengthen muscles, while improving flexibility and posture. Pilates is the discipline of core strength and breathing.

PiYO (Fee)
Piyo is an athletic blend of Pilates and yoga designed to strengthen and relax the body and soul. 1st class if free!

Power Splash
A unique combination of cardio and strength training using both weights and water resistance. If you ever thought water wasn’t challenging, think again. All fitness levels welcome.

Recess Class (Fee)
This fun, cardio workout uses childhood games using resistance tools and recess equipment. 1st class is free!

Step Challenge
The classic, high energy, fat burning exercise using the classic Reebok step.

Step Interval
A refreshing take on your average step class, utilizing a combination of weight and resistance for an intense, complete body workout

Stroller Fit (Fee)
This class offers a workout that alternates 5-7 minutes of cardio moves and strength segments using strap bands, and the gravity of your stroller to work those mommy muscles. Burn fat, tone your muscles and build endurance while having fun with your baby!

Therapeutic Core (Fee)
This class is designed to focus on strengthening and toning your core in a very therapeutic way! 1st class free!

Trekking
Treadmills will no longer seem boring after taking this class! This interval treadmill class will help you shed those extra pounds in no time. This class is great for all fitness levels.

Yoga
This class uses controlled movements to focus on breathing, balance, posture and relaxation in an energized environment.

Zumba
Zumba is a new and exciting interval training class with a latin twist! Follow the easy dance steps sculpt your way to a leaner body.
