The Club at Chesterfield offers over 60 classes a week. All our fitness instructors are certified with many years in the health and wellness field. Please refer to our class schedule for days and times. Class descriptions can be found here.

Class Descriptions

Advanced Fantastic Fit Ball
Strengthen, tighten and tone in 45 minutes with this challenging stability ball and weights class.

AquaFit
A challenging water aerobics class that combines cardio strengthening and toning exercises to achieve a full body workout. No swimming experience necessary.

Awesome Abs
What more can we say? 30 minutes of intense abdominal exercises.

Balance, Core, and Strength
Specialty exercises for increased balance and coordination to help injury prevention. A full body workout to gain muscle and target the core.

Ballroom Dancing (Fee)
Different styles of Ballroom Dancing such as Swing, Salsa, the Waltz and others will be taught weekly by an instructor from Just Dancing, St. Louis’ Premier Dance Studio.

Cardio Body Sculpt
An intense full body cardio and sculpting workout.

Cardio Mix
Cardio Mix will include a variety of step, aerobics, double step, and slides all of which will include resistant training and stability balls to complete a full body workout. Every week the class will change to a new cardio workout!

Chisel
Lift, sculpt and tone your way to the body you’ve always wanted using bands, tubes and weights.

Crunch Abs
15 minutes of an intense abdominal workout. Different exercises for your abs to flatten your tummy!

Cycle Reebok
A beginner to advanced indoor cycling class. EVERYONE can participate no matter what your fitness level. The ride will take you uphill, downhill and back again. Water bottles are required for class.

Dynamic Cardio & Sculpt
A high energy, low impact cardio for 30 minutes and 30 minutes of intense dynamic sculpting!

Fit, Firm & Fast
Get your cardio and strength training done in a quick 45 minute burst during this lunchtime workout.

Fire & Ice
Combination of Burn & Yoga. 30 minutes of cardio followed by a challenging yet relaxing session of yoga.

Karate (Fee)
This program is great for children and adults who are looking for an activity that is challenging both physically and mentally. Karate aims to enhance character development and improve understanding of physical and mental fitness for all.

Kettlebell Training & Sculpting
Kettlebells are a hot NEW FITNESS TREND that is sweeping our nation by storm! Be the first to energize your workout with the Kettlebell Conditioning class and get a cardio and sculpting workout at the same time!

Kick Your Bootcamp
A total body bootcamp that combines 30 minutes of cardio with 30 minutes of strength.

Mat Pilates
Based on the principals of Joseph Pilates, this mat-based workout will strengthen, tone and lengthen muscles, while improving flexibility and posture. Pilates is the discipline of core strength and breathing.

Power Splash
A unique combination of cardio and strength training using both weights and water resistance. If you ever thought water wasn't challenging, think again. All fitness levels welcome.

Slow-Lift
A sculpting class focusing on slow intervals of weight resistance and training.

Stability Ball Burn
Burn calories and build muscle the fun way. Cardio workout and toning all using the stability. Challenging, motivating and fun!

Step Challenge
The classic, high energy, fat burning exercise using the classic Reebok step.

Step Interval
A refreshing take on your average step class, utilizing a combination of weight and resistance for an intense, complete body workout.

Stretch Class
45 minutes of full body stretching. Great for pre/post workouts or a great way to start your day!

Trekking
Treadmills will no longer seem boring after taking this class! This interval treadmill class will help you shed those extra pounds in no time. This class is great for all fitness levels.

Yoga
This class uses controlled movements to focus on breathing, balance, posture and relaxation in an energized environment.

Yoga Mix
A combination of Yoga levels week to week.
